Local Rats:
The local Rats (NPC pirates) are Angel Cartel. Considered by some to be the hardests Rats around. The damage types given by the Angel Cartel are: Explosive / Kinetic / Thermal

If you run afoul of the AC lads, you are advised that damage types to use against them are: EM (Shields), Explosive (Armor), Thermal all round.
